Pay Scale(Due for revision w.e.f 01.11.2007) - Rs. 4410 – Rs. 13210 .Approximate total monthly emoluments inclusive of Basic, DA, CCA, HRA etc., at the start of the scale at metropolitan centres is Rs. 7271/- (In addition, clerks are also eligible for Leave encashment & LFC encashment in lieu of LFC, Reimbursement of Conveyance, Medical Aid, Hospitalization expenses, Retirement benefits, Loans at concessional rates as per the rules of the Bank. They are eligible for liberal welfare schemes & benefits.)
Educational Qualifications as on 01.07.2009: Pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination / 10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board / Central /State/UT Administration. (OR) Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board / Central / State / UT Administration.

The fees should be paid by Demand Draft/Pay Order favouring "VIJAYA BANK RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2009 (PROBATIONARY CLERKS)" Payable at MUMBAI only . Please note that Cash, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Stamps etc. will NOT be accepted . Candidate’s name and date of birth should be written on the reverse of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
Candidates are required to apply through on-line only between 10th September 2009 and 1st October 2009 .
The guidelines for filling Applications are : Candidate should have a valid e-mail ID.
Candidates should have their Demand Draft ready before applying on line.After applying on-line, the registered candidates should obtain a ' print out of the Computer Generated On-Line Application' , sign at the appropriate place and send along with Application fee (i.e., Demand Draft /Pay Order). Candidates should retain a photocopy of their Demand Draft and the aforesaid print out for future reference.
A recent photograph should be pasted on the Print-out.
